  • Consent is collected through our SMS opt-in form, where you select the specific categories of messages you wish to receive.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
  • We record the timestamp and IP address of each opt-in for compliance verification.

4.2 Message Types and Frequency

Based on your consent selections, you may receive:

  • Customer Care Messages: Account notifications, appointment reminders, order confirmations, and support responses. Frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
  • Marketing Messages: Promotional offers, special announcements, and product updates. Frequency is typically 1–8 messages per month.

  • Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving further messages.
  • Reply HELP to any message for assistance and contact information.
  • Upon opting out, we will process your request within 24 hours and remove you from all active campaigns.

4.4 Carrier Compliance

  • Our SMS campaigns are registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and assigned a Campaign ID for 10DLC messaging.
  • We share opt-in records, message content samples, and campaign details with mobile carriers as required for registration and verification.
  • We do not send messages outside the scope of the categories for which you provided consent.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who support our SMS delivery, analytics, and customer relationship management, under contractual obligations to protect your data.
  • Mobile Carriers: Carrier networks and The Campaign Registry, as required for 10DLC campaign registration, message delivery, and compliance audits.
  • Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our services. SMS opt-in records and communication logs are retained for a minimum of four (4) years to satisfy TCPA documentation and carrier audit requirements. Opt-out requests are processed immediately, and your number is added to our suppression list.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
